Our return policy is as follows:

You can return all products within 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange or refund.

Within 30 days after delivery, new items can be returned to T-SUN. The customer shall be responsible for the return and replacement postage. Unless you receive a defective or damaged item, T-SUN will arrange the return and bear the return postage.

There are some examples of common exceptions such as:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

    To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

    - Inform us via support@tsunlighting.com of the order ID, product and quantity you need - to return or exchange
    - We will send you a return label upon approval
    - Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
    - Send all items back to us using the label provided

      For returned goods, we will arrange a replacement or refund after checking your return tracking number or receipt.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

      - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

        Refund (if applicable)
        After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

        The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.

        Late or missing refund (if applicable)

        - The default refund is your original payment account. For example, if you paid for the order with Paypal, the refund will be returned to your Paypal account. If the purchase was made through a credit card account, the refund will also be returned to the original credit card account
        - If you do not receive a refund, please check your original payment account again
        - Then contact your Paypal or credit card company, it may take some time to officially release the refund
        - Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time
        - If you have completed all these operations but have not received a refund, please contact us at support@tsunlighting.com.

          Exchange (if applicable)
          We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us to support@tsunlighting.com.

          All products sold by tsunlighting.com are inspected and tested before and after leaving the manufacturer. Each and every item is tested by our technicians and is guaranteed to be free of material defects and manufacturing faults.

          24-month warranty

          - Warranties are non-transferable warranties.
          - Typical use, normal wear, and tear, crash, modifications, improper use and/or installation are not covered.

            Please Note

            - We do not accept the return method of cash on delivery. If it is sent, the return will be rejected.
            - Final sale items, promotions, freebies are not eligible for return or exchange.
